Haley M. Shaw Attorney

Haley M. Shaw is an attorney at Mims Ballew Hollingsworth, PLLC, where she focuses on delivering comprehensive and client-centered representation in family law matters. A Fort Worth native, Haley combines her strong legal acumen with a deep commitment to serving her local community.

Haley earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Stanford University in 2016, where she developed the critical thinking and analytical skills that laid the foundation for her legal career. She returned to Texas to pursue her Juris Doctor at Baylor Law School, graduating in 2018. At Baylor, Haley honed her litigation skills and developed a passion for advocating on behalf of others.

Before transitioning to family law, Haley gained significant experience in insurance defense and construction litigation, where she represented clients at every stage of litigation, including multiple trials. This hands-on trial experience has become an invaluable asset in her family law practice, allowing her to effectively advocate for her clients in the courtroom while navigating the often emotional and complex dynamics of family law cases.

Haley is actively involved in both professional and community organizations. She is a member of the Tarrant County Family Law Bar Association and Tarrant County Young Lawyers, reflecting her dedication to professional growth and collaboration within the legal community. Beyond her legal practice, Haley serves as President-Elect for the Leaders in Service Rotary Club, a testament to her commitment to giving back and fostering leadership within her community.

When not practicing law, Haley enjoys participating in pub trivia, exploring arthouse cinema, and cheering on her beloved Texas Rangers. Her love for trivia and film reflects her curiosity and appreciation for diverse perspectives—qualities that she brings to her work as a family law attorney.
