Brighton Frost is an attorney at Mims Ballew Hollingsworth, PLLC, where she practices family law with a client-centered approach. Licensed in October 2025, she has worked in family law since her first year of law school and is committed to guiding clients through the legal process with advocacy, compassion, and individualized support.

During law school, Brighton worked with the Texas A&M Family & Veteran’s Advocacy Clinic, managing high-conflict cases involving a wide range of legal issues. This experience shaped her understanding that every case is unique and requires a tailored approach to best support her clients’ needs both legally and emotionally.

Brighton earned her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law in downtown Fort Worth. Before attending law school, she graduated from Oklahoma Christian University with a bachelor's degree in history and a minor in Communications. A proud Tarrant County native, she values serving individuals and families within her community.

Outside of her practice, Brighton enjoys reading, spending time with her friends and family, and traveling.
