Constance Mims served as a featured speaker at the 2026 Family Law Essentials Seminar, held at the Holiday Inn in Sherman, Texas.
Constance delivered a specialized 30-minute presentation titled “SAPCR: Strategic & Persuasive Drafting.” Her session focused on providing fellow attorneys with technical insights and strategic approaches for drafting documents in Suits Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship (SAPCR).
Beyond its educational value, the Family Law Essentials Seminar serves a vital role in expanding access to justice. Hosted in conjunction with Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas and the State Bar of Texas, the program allows attending attorneys to earn 5.50 hours of free CLE credit in exchange for a commitment to accept two pro bono cases from Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas.
